• Purchase Receipt Management:
One-click converts LPO to purchase receipt. EasyLPO can automatically prepare the Delivery Receipt of the selected PO, input new Receipt number, pending quantities etc. and saves record.

• Item Management: 
EasyLPO has an item master, where you can maintain all items you regularly purchase, categorize them & put default price. So while creating new LPO, it takes two clicks to get your LPO ready.

• Document Attachments:
Attach unlimited documents with Purchase Orders or Supplier records like received quotations, vendor trade license copy etc. All common document formats are supported.

• Supplier / Delivery Address:
It maintains your supplier details and delivery addresses, so while creating LPO, you select supplier name from drop-down & it automatically fill up entire supplier details as well as delivery site address to print on LPO. Yes, you can import your supplier list from excel file.

• Fully Customized LPO Design:
Purchase Order is completely re-designable by user. You can put your company logo, tag line & address etc. Software offers easy to use designer tool to design LPO layout as per your taste

• Reports & Reminders:
EasyLPO has many detailed & summary reports of prepared LPO’s, and received deliveries filtered by various parameters. It also offers to email the summary of LPOs waiting for approval to the manager.

• Dashboard with Purchase Analyses:
EasyLPO welcomes you with an important and informative dashboard. The dashboard shows purchasing for different projects, departments, completed and partially delivered orders along with monthly purchase values.
